Rally's Car Wash

This place is garbage in every conceivable way. My visit started with the accessory machine not dispensing the $2.50 cent item I attempted to buy. Then the self serve sprayer was unable to maintain pressure at any level. High pressure soak was a dribble and high pressure wash kept cutting out. Meanwhile the brush that I was not using foamed like crazy the whole time I was working. The water smells like rotten eggs. I couldn't get the vacuum to accept enough quarters to run it, so I was out that money was well. At this point, I realize it's on me. . . My optimism was misguided and I should have cut bait at that point. Meanwhile, the reason I tried the self wash in the first place was that I had tried the touchless wash before and that was such a useless ripoff. I should have known. Buyer beware.

I keep coming back to this place for more punishment. Yikes. Today I paid $4 to find out soap wouldn’t even come out of the sprayer. That’s just this week’s shenanigan.

The automatic car wash took my money and then did not work at all (not “did a bad job” but did not run at all) I circled back around to make sure there wasn’t an out of order sign I had missed, and to double check that I had followed the directions correctly. There seems to be no way to contact anyone for a refund so I’ve just thrown $13 down the drain.

Just paid 13 bucks to get half my car washed and it didn't even do a good job on the half it washed.. edit. I will say the owner got back with me in a timely manner (within mins) and as issued a return for my moneys.. I'll say that is good customer service..

What a great place to scrub a drunk elementary school teachers puke out of your uber car... understandable seeing as she has to deal with other people's snotty kids all day. Just be sure to make it OUT the window next time please. Sorry about the cleaning charge.. but it smelled Realllllly bad...
